State Farm independent contractor agent seeks a Receptionist, also titled Director of First Impressions, to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced office. You will be the first contact, handle inquiries, policy changes, billing clarifications, and support the team with accuracy and warmth.

We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through remarkable customer experiences. This is a fast-paced environment, which requires skillful multi-tasking and strong technical skills. Our Director of First Impressions is the glue and the heart of our Agencies.
