The position is hourly, 40 hours per week, with a schedule of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during non-busy seasons, and may require overtime during busy periods. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent office experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience with automated accounting systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, on the phone, or via email.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and callers.
