SSC Advisors, Inc. and SSC CPAs P.A. seek a full-time Receptionist/Director of First Impressions in Perry, OK.

You will be the primary contact for clients, handling in-person, phone, and email inquiries with a cheerful attitude and professional image. You will support audit, accounting, and tax staff with high-level administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area. The role requires at least 3 years of office experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of recent office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and visitors, answer phones, and respond to emails with a cheerful, professional attitude.
• Maintain the reception area and conference rooms in a clean, organized manner.
