Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in finance or accounting.
• 6+ years in accounting, finance, or audit with senior-level responsibilities.
• Experience implementing financial systems and designing strategy.
• Strong no-nonsense problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for enterprise-wide financial planning and reporting.
• Lead and coordinate IT and FT&I projects for General Accounting.
• Collaborate with CFOs to ensure delivery of reporting requirements.
• Oversee access controls, system changes, and data governance.
• Mentor staff and build high-performing teams across functions.
