Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of analytical finance experience, or 5 years with high school diploma.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvement strategies.
• Experience with analytics principles (Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Management, Economics or Finance).
• Project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to understand key drivers and strategic direction of the assigned area.
• Collaborate with management and support teams to ensure strong execution and value delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams providing financial management support to all levels of the business team.
• Lead the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, including identifying/quantifying risks and opportunities; facilitate agreement of key metrics and inputs.
• Perform periodic analyses of variances compared to plan, forecast and prior periods; prepare budget/forecast presentations.
• Develop and implement reporting and processes for consistent management reporting.
• Support monthly reviews and planning sessions; evaluate financial and operational results.
• Identify and analyze investments; substantiate rationale for projects via business cases.
• Directly manage team members including hiring, developing and directing people and coordinate across organizations.
• Participate in medium term and strategic planning for the assigned area.
