Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, business management, economics, or related field.
• 2+ years analytical experience in finance, accounting, business management, economics or finance.
• 2+ years identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.
• 2+ years applying analytics principles (statistics, math, OR, finance)
• 2+ years project management experience.
• Experience as financial liaison on a business team.
• 1+ year of direct/indirect cross-functional leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 5% of the time (in-state/out-of-state).

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to understand key drivers, processes and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with management and support teams to ensure value delivery and strong execution.
• Provide financial management support across all levels of the business team.
• Lead the preparation of forecasts and budgets, including risks and opportunities.
• Analyze variances vs plan/forecast, prepare budget/forecast presentations.
• Develop consistent management reporting and processes with cross-functional teams.
• Support monthly reviews and planning sessions; evaluate results and drive initiatives.
• Identify and analyze investments; substantiate business cases for projects.
• Directly manage team members and mentor others; allocate work accordingly.
• Participate in medium-term and strategic planning for the area.
