Job summary

Walgreens Boots Alliance seeks a Senior Director, Portfolio Management to lead the Technology portfolio, align investments with enterprise ROI, and ensure durable governance across the organization. The role partners with Finance, Strategy and PMO to drive value realization and cross-divisional collaboration.

The candidate will oversee budgets, long-range planning, and delivery performance, while guiding governance and reporting, and mentoring teams to maximize growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 8 years of experience performing Portfolio / Program / Project Management.
• At least 11 years of experience performing Portfolio / Program / Project Management with a High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees the entire Technology portfolio and links investments to ROI, revenue and profit.
• Establishes and facilitates governance structures with executive alignment on cross-divisional initiatives.
• Leads interdependency management, reporting, and governance processes across programs.
• Collaborates with Finance, Strategy and PMO to align plans and value attainment.
• Drives cross-divisional collaboration and communication across Technology organizations and partners.
• Is involved in business planning to maximize growth and efficiency and to meet budget goals.
• Manages budgets and operational plans for the portfolio and allocates resources.
