Qualifications

Responsibilities

How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Conduct rigorous discretionary expense reviews to identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage labor productivity and staffing analysis to align financial targets with clinical operational requirements.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences:
  • Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive financial experience within a hospital setting.
  • At least 2 years leadership/management experience.
