Job summary

McDonald’s Corporation in the United States seeks a Field Operations & Consulting Development Director to lead training and capability programs, and to drive the operating model across U.S. franchisee operations.

You will design and govern SME programs, establish enterprise standards, and partner with L&D, Talent Management, and restaurant executives to enable leadership development and successful deployment of initiatives.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree, with experience in Operations, Learning and Development, and leading large-scale Interpersonal Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Operations Training and Capability team, providing strategic direction and talent development.
• Own the strategy, governance, and execution of Operations SME programs for effective deployment.
• Establish enterprise training and program standards that drive execution and capability development.
• Partner with Operations leadership, L&D, and Talent Management to design leadership development programs and career paths.
• Serve as strategic liaison between Restaurant Operations, Field Operations, and corporate teams.
• Lead certification, readiness, and change management for major programs and systems.
• Drive the evolution of the Operating Model based on stakeholder feedback and needs.
• Oversee performance management processes and accountability routines within U.S. Operations.
• Provide thought leadership to senior Operations leaders on training and capability development.
• Lead socialization and adoption of new initiatives across field operations.
