Job summary

McDonald’s in the United States is seeking a Field Operations Consultant to conduct objective restaurant standards evaluations and drive performance improvement across customer experience and operations.

You will perform assessments, coach franchisees, and develop expertise in Restaurant Operations while supporting initiatives such as Delivery, Drive-Thru, and Digital, ensuring adherence to QSC and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct objective evaluations to analyze restaurant performance across customer experience and Brand Standards.
• Identify issues that may pose risks to customer experience and brand perceptions.
• Support operational excellence by identifying restaurants not meeting QSC/safety standards.
• Develop holistic operations skills across restaurant systems through training and certification.
• Provide expert coaching and root-cause analysis to Franchisees.
• Serve as SME to support restaurants on initiatives (Delivery, Drive-Thru, Digital).
• Drive guest counts, sales, and cashflow through operations initiatives and priorities.
• Collaborate with Franchise Partners to develop a consulting toolkit and monitor goals.
