You will partner with senior leaders to diagnose challenges, implement scalable solutions, and drive change management, data-driven recommendations, and capability development for enduring modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, HR, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex organizational challenges and deliver practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization effectiveness initiatives translating strategy into operating models and governance.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess performance and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose challenges using stakeholder input, data, and business context.
• Lead design projects involving role clarity, governance, spans and layers, and implementation planning.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and executive-level presentations to support decisions.
• Manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Stay current on leading practices in organization effectiveness and transformation.
