Job summary

MoonLake Biopharma is seeking a senior leader to design and run the U.S. launch organization's learning and field-excellence engine, focusing on capability-building, manager development, and launch readiness for our biopharma products.

You will design training across sales, reimbursement, medical, and access; set certification standards; coach leaders; run launch simulations and scorecards; manage external vendors; and partner cross-functionally with sales, medical, legal, and analytics to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years in biotech/pharma commercial, sales excellence, or training roles.
• Experience supporting significant product launches and specialty access capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs across sales, reimbursement, medical and access.
• Establish certification standards for launch teams.
• Develop coaching and leadership programs for managers.
• Manage launch simulations and scorecards to track readiness.
• Oversee external vendors and partnerships for training delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, legal and analytics teams to align training with goals.
