Biogen in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Field Excellence Lead for New Products & Account Management to design the field launch roadmap and build a Strategic Account Management capability for Lupus and Nephrology launches.

You will align Franchise Launch Strategy with Field Execution, monitor performance, and drive adoption of new operational initiatives through analytics, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Pharma/Biotech with leadership in Commercial Operations or Sales Excellence.
• Experience in Launch-Phase Field Leadership and Strategic Account Management.
• Ability to anticipate trends and influence diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the Launch Operational Plan with a robust account management capability.
• Monitor field execution, identify barriers, and translate insights into scalable actions.
• Establish a Launch Brand Operational Roadmap with KPI milestones and governance.
• Lead transition from transactional selling to enterprise partnerships in Strategy Accounts.
• Coordinate field-force excellence initiatives and drive launch optimization feedback.
• Influence Franchise Heads and Sales VPs to adopt new operational initiatives.
• Contribute to annual Brand Plan with field-execution insights and opportunities.
• Identify skill gaps in the field and partner with commercial learning for interventions.
• Set annual milestones and quarterly deliverables for future launches.
