Job summary

Aecon is seeking a Director, Execution Compliance in Charlotte, NC to lead the federal compliance program for the U.S. projects.

You will implement, administer, and continuously improve plans and processes to ensure compliant project execution across the Federal Services Operations. The role reports to the Senior Director, Federal Compliance and requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS/DEAR, export controls, cybersecurity, and FOCI.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to interpret and apply federal regulations in business operations.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in large, complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve federal compliance plans and controls across projects.
• Plan, staff, and supervise project support functions for compliant execution.
• Monitor adherence to FAR/DFARS/DEAR, EAR/ITAR, and CMMC/CUI/UCNI requirements.
