Aecon’s U.S. federal team seeks a Director, Federal Customer Contracts to lead the prime contracts function and guide documents from RFQs through contract execution. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of federal services contractor experience in industrial engineering, nuclear, or construction.
• Minimum 5 years leading a contracts function within a cross-functional setting.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS/DEAR and CMMC/CUI.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the federal contracts organization for prime contracts, task orders, and related documents throughout the lifecycle.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and drive execution of RFQs, RFPs, NDAs, MSAs, and related documents.
• Identify risks in bids and proposals and align with program objectives.
• Develop negotiation objectives and strategies; negotiate with government customers and partners.
