Job summary

Aecon seeks an Applications Lead to oversee enterprise application delivery and operations in the U.S., focusing on federal projects within secure enclaves. You’ll ensure compliance with CMMC, NIST, and CUI, bridging business and IT across Architecture, Cybersecurity, and delivery teams.

Lead domain ownership, application lifecycle, governance, and vendor coordination; align to Aecon standards, drive continuous service improvement, and support audit readiness. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise application delivery and support.
• Familiarity with regulated or secure environments (federal/infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own domain ownership and lifecycle for enterprise apps in secure enclaves.
• Liaise with vendors and drive roadmap and backlog improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and ensure integration across platforms.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and quality in line with standards.
• Maintain security/compliance, audit readiness, and documentation.
