Qualifications

• Ability to develop and implement broad training programs.
• Ability to plan and conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions.
• Ability to analyze operations and determine long-range objectives and KPIs.
• Ability to interpret complex policies and communicate them clearly.
• Experience coordinating cross-agency training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, monitor, and participate in development and implementation of training programs.
• Determine long-range objectives and specify strategies to achieve them.
• Analyze operations to evaluate program performance and identify improvements.
• Interpret policies and regulations to organizations and officials.
• Develop corrective action plans and present reports for funding or implementation.
• Oversee program budgets and ensure compliance with grants and policies.
• Develop training materials and deliver communication plans.
• Supervise staff and coordinate meetings of governing boards.
• Recruit and onboard employees and provide ongoing development.
