Brightli is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to oversee day-to-day facility operations, manage the facilities leadership and technician teams, and ensure departmental and organizational goals are met. The role involves overseeing maintenance, safety, budgeting, vendor management, and compliance across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or equivalent.
• Must possess four or more years in the building maintenance field, and/or four years of leadership experience.

Aufgaben

• Conduct walk-through inspections of owned and leased facilities on a regular basis to confirm properties maintained.
• Monitor the work order system to ensure timely responses to requests as well as manage any workflow issues.
• Assist with development of an annual capital expenditure needs list and communicate with local program directors on needs.
• Responsible for new vendor management and bid processes.
• Provide oversight of company vehicles in your region to ensure proper preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate and oversee that facilities are in compliance with CARF standards.
• Ensure timely submission of expenses and credit card reports for accounting processes.
• Supervise employees and provide ongoing communication and leadership to staff.
• Assist on construction projects, new location searches, and coordinate office relocations as needed.
