Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Program Director to lead a designated healthcare business unit, drive a positive culture, and ensure compliant, high-quality services. The role involves overseeing fiscal performance, grant management, invoicing, and KPI monitoring.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with healthcare experience (Master's preferred) and strong leadership, policy compliance, and QA expertise. Facility operations include staff development and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience in a healthcare system or five years of behavioral healthcare experience.
• Behavioral healthcare experience in a similar role preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal results and compliance for the assigned unit, identify funding opportunities, and assist with grant management.
• Ensure invoicing is accurate and timely; track key performance indicators and variance reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and funding partners; ensure contractual and legal compliance per accreditation and licensure.
• Lead HR activities: hiring/termination, coaching and development, performance management, and staff productivity.
• Manage quality management processes, conduct file reviews, and supervise field observations.
• Ensure EMR and databases are updated; supervise data integrity and service documentation.
• Perform direct care shifts as required and handle other duties as assigned.
