Job summary

Colliers International seeks a Director of Facilities to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, vendor services, and budget planning across client sites. The successful candidate will manage building systems, drive operational success, and lead facility strategy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in Property and Facility management.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.
• Working knowledge of building systems and infrastructure.
• RPA, CPM or CFM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including maintenance operations and vendor services for client sites.
• Coordinate construction projects and occupant/owner relations with budget planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and risk management standards.
• Develop and execute the facilities management strategy and service levels.
