Job summary

Bridgeview Eye Partners is seeking a Facilities Director to lead the management, maintenance, safety, and ongoing improvement of our facilities, equipment, and vehicle fleet. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure locations operate efficiently and assets are well maintained.

The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, financial management, and hands-on problem-solving in a healthcare setting focused on patient care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership to guide facilities teams.
• Experience planning budgets, expenses, and capital projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Effective communication with vendors, facilities personnel, and leaders.
• Strategic thinking balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives.
• Technical aptitude for evaluating maintenance needs and improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities and equipment management.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and replacement schedules for safe, reliable operations.
• Lead facilities personnel, including maintenance technicians and administrative staff.
• Manage vendor relationships, service delivery, equipment purchases, deliveries, and installations.
• Oversee the company vehicle fleet for safe, cost-effective use of resources.
• Coordinate facility needs and projects with practices and internal departments.
