Brightli is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to lead day-to-day facility operations across owned and leased properties. You will supervise maintenance teams, manage work orders, and drive safety and regulatory compliance.

The role partners with program directors to address facility needs, oversee vendor relations, and support relocation and construction efforts, while upholding CARF standards and company goals.

Qualifikationen

• High School education or equivalent.
• Must possess four or more years in the building maintenance field, and/or four years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, safety practices, and regulatory standards.

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and lead maintenance teams.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely responses and workflow efficiency.
• Assist with capital expenditure planning and vendor selection processes.
• Coordinate with program directors to address facility needs and improvements.
• Ensure facilities comply with CARF standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing leadership and communication.
• Support construction projects, new location searches, and office relocations.
