Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and grounds. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, schedule work, and ensure efficient resource use while minimizing downtime.

You will collaborate with other departments to keep facilities safe, clean, and compliant with safety regulations, driving quality and reliability across all site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and drive for high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the maintenance work of technicians.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment and grounds.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules including repairs and replacements.
• Manage and maintain a maintenance budget for supplies, materials and labor.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
