Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in maintenance with supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
• Able to pass health screening, TB clearance, and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute routine maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program.
• Manage annual maintenance department budget and procurement.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for safety and code compliance.
• Prepare emergency response protocols and handle after-hours calls.
• Oversee exterior upkeep including landscaping and parking areas.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain records of work orders, repairs, and expenditures.
• Oversee external contractors and vendors for projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, scheduling, and reviews.
