Job summary

Highmark Health’s Allegheny Health Network seeks a senior facilities leader to guide system-wide operations, maintenance, and energy strategy across the network. You will oversee building systems, CMMS, accreditation, and financial management to ensure compliant, efficient facilities.

The role requires a bachelor’s (or equivalent experience) and demonstrated multi-site healthcare leadership, with mastery of building automation and energy programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7 years multi-site operational leadership in a healthcare setting.
• 5 years with facility information management and building automation systems.
• 5 years multi-site management of facility infrastructure and maintenance programs.
• OSHA 30 Hour within 6 months; ICRA 8 Hour considered within 6 months.
• Master’s degree in engineering/facility management preferred; relevant certifications.
• Strong consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate with senior leadership; experience with AI-enabled solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital and non-hospital facilities operations and maintenance incl HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Develop and implement system-wide energy performance program with goals and budgets.
• Manage Facility Information Management and CMMS; maintain drawings; track assets.
• Lead accreditation documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee annual operating budgets and financial performance; identify value improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
