Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• National certification preferred.
• Clearance requirements: Act 34, Act 33, Act 73, FBI fingerprinting.
• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.

Responsibilities

• Implement mission, vision, and standards of nursing within the department.
• Lead unit-based governance and support staff development.
• Complete annual performance appraisals and conduct leadership meetings.
• Promote nursing specialty certification and staff education.
• Monitor performance against EBPs, safety goals, and regulatory guidelines.
