Job summary

Johns Hopkins University SAIS seeks an Executive Director of Executive Education to drive strategy, growth, and revenue for a newly launched unit. The role focuses on pursuing new corporate/government clients, developing partnerships, and expanding custom and open-enrollment programs.

The role requires leading program development, collaborating with faculty, managing a budget, and achieving enrollment and revenue targets. Occasional domestic and international travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years or Master's with 10+ years in management or business development
• Minimum of 5 years' experience directing programs and supervising staff
• Experience building a business development function or new program line from the ground up
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across internal and external partners

Responsibilities

• Defines SAIS' executive education strategy and vision with senior leadership.
• Drives new business development including prospecting and pipeline management.
• Leads adoption of innovative instruction and instructional technologies.
• Sets and is accountable for annual new-business revenue targets.
• Builds and maintains a structured sales pipeline/CRM process.
