Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across virtual programming (100+ events/year).
• Collaborate with Marketing on virtual resources and digital assets.
• Oversee data analysis to measure engagement efficacy.
• Lead staff training on virtual platforms and best practices.
• Develop and implement international recruitment strategies.
• Manage admissions staff; mentorship and performance development.
• Serve as chair in the Admissions committee process.
