Qualifications

Responsibilities

Owns the custom portfolio's revenue targets and expands the domestic client base while growing international relationships.
Leads business development, builds pipelines, and closes engagements at senior levels.
Oversees design and delivery of custom programs ensuring academic rigor and client outcomes.
Partners with faculty and leadership to develop program content reflecting CBS strengths.
Builds feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in design and delivery.
Represents CBS in senior client and external forums and aligns portfolio with strategic priorities.
