Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management seeks an Executive Director of Executive Education to lead the unit’s growth, profitability, and program portfolio. You’ll oversee strategy, partnerships, and the delivery of high‑margin programs across digital and hybrid formats, while ensuring exceptional client experience.

This senior role requires alignment with Deans and external partners, strong P&L discipline, and a track record of building high‑performing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with executive education or related commercial enterprise.
• Demonstrated success in profit and loss management and growth of a business or division.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with management school faculty and building high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee growth and financial performance of the executive education unit with full P&L responsibility.
• Lead design, development, and delivery of a cutting‑edge portfolio of programs, including digital and hybrid formats.
• Manage and mentor the executive education team and engage with faculty to ensure academic rigor aligned with market demand.
• Represent Weatherhead Executive Education in industry conferences, client meetings, and external partnerships.
