Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Director of Delivery & Deployment Excellence based in the United States to lead ERP upgrades and deployments across the Americas. You will drive readiness, quality, and adoption across multiple functions, aligning regional work with global ERP roadmaps while promoting standardized deployment practices.

The role oversees the full deployment lifecycle from requirements through go-live, stabilization, and ongoing operations, while exploring AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• ERP delivery and enterprise transformation experience.
• End-to-end business process expertise across commercial, customer service, finance, distribution, and supply chain.
• Deployment lifecycle management experience.
• ERP platform knowledge with Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Governance and performance management using data and milestones.
• Stakeholder management and cross-time-zone influence.
• Strategic thinking balancing local and enterprise-wide standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional delivery strategy across the Americas.
• Partner with Order Management, Distribution, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead process standardization, improve efficiency, and maximize technology value.
• Balance regional and global priorities with clear recommendations.
• Establish regional testing and readiness within the global framework.
• Define readiness criteria and monitor milestones, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, and stabilization plans.
• Oversee change management, communications, and adoption activities.
• Influence stakeholders to protect delivery commitments.
• Develop reusable deployment playbooks and standards.
• Monitor post-deployment performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion AI-enabled capabilities around ERP.
