Job summary
ResMed in the United States seeks a Delivery and Deployment Excellence Leader for the Americas to drive readiness, deployment excellence and adoption around Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades. This senior role coordinates cross-functional teams to prepare for testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization, shaping regional priorities and standardizing processes.
The position requires strong leadership, program governance, and the ability to translate global direction into practical regional plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, supply chain, finance or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Substantial experience in enterprise transformation, ERP delivery, business deployment, testing or change execution, including complex regional or cross-regional delivery.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes across commercial, customer service, finance, distribution and supply chain operations.
- Experience leading readiness, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization for large-scale technology or process change.
