Job summary

BURNCO Texas, LLC in Irving, TX seeks a Director of EPMO and Project Delivery to lead the enterprise PMO, set governance standards, and drive a technology-enabled transformation. You will work with IT, functional, and executive leaders to align projects with strategic priorities and manage risk across the portfolio.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise delivery, 5+ years of people leadership, and a strong track record in change management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise project delivery and governance in large-scale environments.
• 5+ years people leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business; MBA or certifications considered assets.
• Experience with strategic technology initiatives, governance, and change management.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EPMO and project delivery function aligned with business strategy and priorities.
• Establish and continuously improve standards, governance, tools, processes, and reporting.
• Prioritize project portfolio based on capacity, risk, value, and strategic impact.
• Oversee project planning, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, dependencies and delivery performance.
• Embed organizational change management, including stakeholder analysis and training.
• Develop and coach project managers, delivery teams, and cross-functional resources.
