Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Ltd is seeking a Director of EPMO and Project Delivery to drive project governance, maturity, and strategic alignment across IT and business leaders in Texas. You will lead standards, reporting, and transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

You will partner with executive teams to optimize the project portfolio, mentor project managers, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement during rapid growth and complex

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise project delivery, portfolio governance, program management, or technology-enabled business transformation in large-scale environments.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience leading project managers, delivery teams, and cross-functional resources in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced certifications are assets.
• Proven experience leading strategic technology initiatives, governance practices, and change management activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EPMO and project delivery function, ensuring IT projects are aligned with business strategy and priorities.
• Establish and improve project delivery standards, governance practices, tools, processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with executive and IT leaders to prioritize the project portfolio based on capacity, risk, value, and impact.
• Oversee project planning, execution, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
