Job summary

Principle Services Llc in Irving, TX seeks a Director of Project Management to steer the PM function across full project lifecycles, driving best-in-class methodologies and a high-performing team. You will oversee staffing, coaching, performance reviews, and alignment with budget, schedule, and client expectations, while elevating standards and ensuring safe, quality delivery.

This role partners with senior leaders to shape proposals, governance, and continuous improvement under EOS/Traction,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in engineering, construction, and/or project management.
• Direct management of multiple construction lifecycle projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Detailed experience developing and managing budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort operating within a structured management system (e.g., EOS/L10, Planner, project-controls tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the PM team; ensure project staffing meets needs and budget.
• Conduct timely performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions.
• Develop PM training content for LMS on methodology and tools.
• Oversee delivery of projects/programs to meet KPIs and client obligations.
• Coordinate scope and deliverables across PMs, Accounting, BD, Safety, and Leadership.
• Represent PM in BD/proposals; ensure scope, staffing, and feasibility are accurate.
