Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Inc. in Irving, Texas, seeks a Director, EPMO and Project Delivery to lead the EPMO, set delivery standards, and govern the portfolio across IT and business lines. You will align projects with strategy, optimize resources, and drive measurable business value.

You will partner with executives to prioritize the portfolio, oversee budgets, risks, and change management, and coach delivery teams to achieve outcomes. This role blends influence, leadership, and hands-on governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise project delivery or program management in large environments
• 5+ years of people leadership in matrixed settings
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business or related field; MBA or certifications are assets
• Proven experience with strategic technology initiatives and governance
• Strong understanding of delivery tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, Visio, Power BI, SharePoint, Planner, Jira)
• Experience cross-functional with business, tech, vendors and operations
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the EPMO and project delivery function aligning with business strategy
• Establish and improve delivery standards, governance, tools, processes, reporting
• Prioritize project portfolio with capacity, risk, value and strategic impact
• Oversee planning, execution, budgets, resources, milestones, risks and delivery
• Monitor project health, financials and value realization using portfolio insights
• Identify and resolve risks, develop contingency plans
• Embed change management into IT projects with stakeholder planning and adoption
• Lead and develop project managers, teams, consultants and vendors
