Job summary

Energy Transfer seeks an Enterprise PMO Lead to establish and mature the EPMO, defining its operating model and staffing the delivery team. You will drive governance, portfolio visibility, and disciplined program execution across the transformation portfolio.

The role builds the EPMO from day one, partnering with senior leaders to ensure initiatives are planned, tracked, and delivered with rigor, quality, and accountability. A blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive program and project management experience.
• 2+ years in a PMO leadership, PMO manager, or program governance role.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with portfolio and project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Planview, or equivalent).
• PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up the EPMO operating model, governance, and reporting cadence.
• Own enterprise program portfolio dashboard and executive reporting cadence.
• Lead and mentor the EPMO delivery team across projects and programs.
• Serve as escalation point for cross-program risks and key decisions.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations to enable delivery.
• Drive lessons-learned and continuous improvement across delivery lifecycle.
• Define PM career paths and capability standards within the EPO.
• Develop onboarding and training pathways for project practitioners.
• Champion various delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall) by context.
