Raymond James & Associates, Inc. seeks a dynamic Director of Learning & Development to lead enterprise leadership development programs and experiences in a hybrid environment.

The candidate will design, deliver, and continuously evolve leadership development that aligns talent strategies with business objectives and culture. The role requires a proven track record in adult learning, coaching leaders, and leveraging LMS and AI-enabled tools to scale learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development with 10–12 years in HR, focusing on talent development and learning.
• Experience in leadership development programs and executive coaching.

Responsabilités

• Translate business priorities into leadership development solutions with L&D, Talent, HR and business leaders.
• Partner to influence enterprise learning priorities and leadership capability.
• Design and scale leadership development experiences (microlearning, cohorts, digital resources).
• Create learning pathways, playbooks, job aids, and guides.
• Facilitate leadership programs across multiple levels and coach leaders.
• Leverage LMS, AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to improve engagement and scale.
• Manage vendor relationships including selection, contracts, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure programs are evaluated and improved based on outcomes.
