Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning styles and public speaking techniques.
• Knowledge of various populations served by SJRC Texas.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements an organization-wide learning strategy aligned with mission and priorities.
• Ensures training complies with standards and requirements.
• Partners with HR, Quality, Compliance to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Oversees training calendars, LMS, and compliance reporting.
• Coaches and develops training staff; implements professional development plans.
• Evaluates training quality and uses findings to improve curricula and outcomes.
• Manages orientation, role-specific training, and continuing education.
