Job summary

Databricks, a leader in data and AI, seeks a Premier Support leader in Mountain View to build and scale a high-performing Designated Support Engineers team overseeing white-glove, enterprise-level support experiences.

You will hire, mentor, and develop engineers while partnering with Field, GTM, and Product teams to ensure rapid issue resolution and top-tier customer satisfaction. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience with at least 7+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability to hire and scale high-performing support or field teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Field Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field; MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Designated Support Engineers (DSE).
• Partner with field, engineering, support, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless post-sales experience.
• Identify and implement process improvements to meet or exceed team KPIs and deliver exceptional support experiences.
• Coordinate execution and collaborate across customers, accounts teams and regional GTM leadership to resolve blockers and drive customer satisfaction.
• Conduct internal and external Support Experience QBRs.
