Qualifications

• Senior IT leadership experience in platform hosting and ITSM within a matrix organization.
• Proven ability to lead director- and senior-manager-level teams.
• Depth in application hosting, DevOps, observability, and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own Tower 4 and Tower 5 platforms, including hosting, integration, and lifecycle.
• Lead ITSM (ServiceNow) and major incident management with executive communications.
• Govern change, configuration, asset management, and license compliance.
• Drive TBM cost governance, KPI dashboards, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with CTO, Finance, and security on governance and risk management.
