Job summary

Harris is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead enterprise manufacturing strategy, performance, and scalability across facilities. You will align infrastructure, capacity, and operating models to support internal projects and external customers, while driving consistency and growth.

The role interfaces with engineering, supply chain, estimating, and product management to ensure manufacturability and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience overseeing multi‑facility manufacturing or fabrication operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and plant operations, capacity planning and throughput optimization.
• Experience leading across geographically distributed teams and collaborating with engineering, construction, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise accountability for manufacturing performance, safety, quality, throughput, cost, and delivery.
• Set targets for infrastructure, capacity, and productivity; identify systemic constraints and drive improvements.
• Lead site expansion, facility planning, startup strategy, and capacity scaling across regions.
• Serve as primary interface with engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, and construction for alignment.
• Partner with product managers to ensure manufacturability and scalable facilities and processes.
• Champion safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operations.
