Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8–10+ years of progressive leadership in logistics/supply chain.
• Experience managing enterprise freight spend above $10 million annually preferred.
• Experience negotiating national transportation contracts and carrier relationships.
• Experience with private fleet operations preferred.
• Proven experience implementing TMS/ERP and logistics reporting platforms.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise logistics strategy across facilities.
• Standardize policies, routing guides, and processes company-wide.
• Lead carrier sourcing, RFPs, negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Oversee private fleet operations and fleet utilization.
• Create dashboards and analytics to monitor freight spend and performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to improve delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/regulations; drive governance and SOPs.
