Job summary

Stord is looking for a Director of Engineering, Logistics to lead five engineering managers and a Principal Engineer. You’ll own performance, architecture, and product delivery across Billing, TMS, and WMS, partnering with Finance and Parcel to automate billing and reduce costs while enabling rapid growth.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, set clear expectations, and hire/build strong leaders. The role covers cost-to-serve improvements across LMS, scale for international expansion,

Responsibilities

• Own performance and accountability across five engineering managers and a Principal Engineer.
• Partner with Finance to drive end-to-end billing automation and reduce errors.
• Deliver the standalone TMS system alongside the Parcel team with cost-saving milestones.
• Drive LMS roadmap for network-wide reductions in warehouse cost-to-serve.
• Own WMS platform scale supporting live fulfillment across US, Canada, UK.
