Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in logistics, transportation, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations with people leadership.
• 15+ years of progressive experience, with 5+ years in Director-level Logistics roles.
• Experience leading logistics B2B and DTC operations in consumer products or retail.
• Hands-on knowledge of warehouse management systems and related logistics technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the logistics strategy in North America across transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, and value-added services.
• Lead day-to-day logistics operations while aligning with global logistics and broader priorities.
• Drive cost reduction, service improvements, and agility while ensuring resilience.
• Lead RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations for logistics partners as needed.
• Partner with Technology and Operations teams to implement automation that improves visibility and accuracy.
• Build governance, reporting, and performance routines with external partners.
