Job summary

Stord is seeking a Director of Engineering for Logistics to lead a high-impact org driving end-to-end logistics tech. You will oversee five engineering managers and a Principal Engineer, ensuring delivery of billing automation, a standalone TMS alongside Parcel, and LMS-driven cost reductions across the network.

• Track record of driving measurable outcomes (cost savings, revenue, delivery).

Responsibilities

• Org & Talent Leadership: manage five engineering managers and a Principal Engineer.
• Billing Automation: drive end-to-end automation and reduce manual billing work and errors.
• TMS / Parcel Standalone Build: own delivery of standalone TMS alongside Parcel team.
• LMS Network Efficiency: push roadmap to reduce warehouse cost-to-serve network-wide.
• WMS Platform Scale: own WMS health and roadmap for live fulfillment across regions.
