Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations for availability and performance.
Triage and track service tickets for cloud, hosting, and network services.
Coordinate DNS changes, firewall rules, and access management.
Lead incident response for major outages with RCA and fixes.
Manage vendor relationships and contract renewals.
Develop SOPs and governance across ITIM domains.
Prepare weekly status reports for IT leadership.
