Job summary

The candidate will drive governance, architecture standards, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement across infrastructure operations and collaboration with Mississippi ITS and enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT operations/enterprise infrastructure experience.
• 8+ years IT leadership/management with management of technical teams.
• 2+ years enterprise cloud management (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure operations for availability and performance.
• Oversee cloud, network, service desk, and vendor management.
• Ensure security, HIPAA/CMS compliance and governance across ITIM.
