My3Tech seeks a Director of IT Services for the Medicaid program in Mississippi, onsite at the Walter Sillers Building, Jackson. This 12-month contract role requires leadership of enterprise IT operations, cloud environments, and security compliance.

The incumbent will manage technical teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure incident response within defined SLAs, aligning IT services with Medicaid program goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience including enterprise operations
• 8+ years leadership including direct supervision of technical teams
• 2+ years AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Landing Zone)
• 2+ years enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, load balancing, wireless)
• 2+ years monitoring/observability
• 2+ years IT vendor management (SOW, procurement)
• 2+ years data protection and backup
• 2+ years cybersecurity principles and governance in regulated environments
• 2+ years excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/MIS or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT services and infrastructure for Medicaid-related systems
• Lead enterprise cloud environments (AWS) and landing zone architectures
• Ensure cybersecurity, governance, and regulatory compliance across IT operations
• Coordinate incident response, on-call support, and service delivery with executive stakeholders
