Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a Director of Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations to lead the modern workplace and core infrastructure function in a hybrid San Diego setting. You will steer architecture, engineering, modernization, and reliable operation of cloud and on-premises systems.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, vendor engagement, budgeting, and strategic roadmapping, including risk, governance, and security alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, platform engineering, AWS and Microsoft cloud platforms, modern workplace technologies, and technology operations.
• 7+ years leading technical teams and enterprise platform capabilities.
• Experience in regulated industries (biotech/pharma/healthcare) and GxP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise roadmaps, architecture standards, and lifecycle plans for modern workplace technologies, AWS Cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.
• Design, configure, automate, implement, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and workplace solutions; lead high-risk technical decisions and escalations.
• Modernize and operate platforms to improve reliability, security, scalability, and cost efficiency; ensure disaster recovery and business continuity.
